In 1920, Mubbs Wolin had a vision: to provide quality heating, cooling, and plumbing services during the "new age" of booming residential and commercial construction business in the Des Moines area. Little did he know that almost 100 years later, that philosophy would continue to hold true.

In 1996, Wolin was purchased by Central Iowa natives David Stroh and Thomas Mass. They added an Electrical division which, partnering with the existing Mechanical business, has evolved into a major component in today's competitive commercial market.
