Wolin provided Mechanical Design/Build Services on this 183,400 square foot multi- family development, composed of two four story owner occupied town-house buildings which included 34 loft-style units (owner-occupied), a five-story, 109-unit apartment buildings, and a 50,000 square foot underground parking garage.

The interior features high ceilings, oversized windows, open floor plans, state-of-the-art kitchens, and generous closet space. Exterior construction includes a combination of stucco and brick with ornamental, galvanized cornices, trim and balconies.

New 25,000 square foot 24-hour skilled care facility.
This project was completed in two phases, with
both phases being performed on the Design/Build
Fast Track.

Work included site lighting, stand-by generator
system, fire alarm, nurse call wiring sytems, VAV
with electric re-heat designed to meet skilled
care requirements. Complete plumbing package
including therapeutic bathing center.
