Point of Grace Church
Waukee, Iowa

Construction has completed on this new
religious facility in Dallas County, and once
again Wolin was a major part of it as we
were the mechanical and electrical Design
Build contractor.

This 60,000 square foot building has numerous
classrooms and offices, as well as a children's
theatre, auditorium, and fully retractable seating.

Plymouth Congretational Church
Des Moines

Wolin was selected to be the subcontractor for
this extensive addition and remodel.

This project included a complete Design
Build of the Mechanical and Electrical sytems:

• 40,000 square foot educational wing
• 5,000 square foot atrium addition
• 20,000 square foot interior remodel,
  
• 150 car parking structure

St. Francis of Assisi Church
West Des Moines, Iowa

Wolin completed the mechanical portion of this 69,000
square foot addition and renovation.

Included in the addition was a full service commercial kitchen,
gymnasium, and office space.

The full plumbing and HVAC package came in on budget and
completed ahead of schedule.

This project entailed a complete Design
Build replacement of the HVAC system.
