Wolin was selected to be the Construction Manager for this extensive addition and remodel which was completed in the fall of 2003.

This project included a complete Design Build of the Mechanical and Electrical sytems:

• 40,000 square foot educational wing
• 5,000 square foot atrium addition
• 20,000 square foot interior remodel, and
• 150 car parking structure

Construction has completed on this new religious facility in Dallas County, and once again Wolin was a major part of it as we were selected as the mechanical and electrical contractor.

This 60,000 square foot building has numerous classrooms and offices, as well as a children's theatre, auditorium, and fully retractable seating.

St. Francis of Assisi Church
7075 Ashworth Road
West Des Moines, Iowa

Wolin completed mechanical portion of this 69,000 square foot addition and
renovation during the Spring of 2004.  Included in the addition was a full service
commercial kitchen, gymnasium, and office space.

The full plumbing and HVAC package came in on budget and completed ahead
of schedule.

Willow Creek Baptist Church

Wolin completed the mechanical portion of this Design Build project. This new 50,000 square foot religious facility included:

• 20,000 square foot nave,
• 10,000 square foot multi-purpose room, and
• 20,000 square feet of educational classrooms
